The patented day-old chick spraying vaccination machine of our company is used for vaccination of ND, Coccidiosis vaccine for hatchery and breeding house

Replaced the original eye drop method, greatly improve the working efficiency, with vaccination speed 60000 chicks/hour, it could improve the efficiency 60 times higher compared with the traditional vaccination.

The vaccine has been distributed as a fan-shape, make sure every chick get complete vaccination and avoid the waste of vaccine.

1. To make sure every chick get complete vaccination, we equipped 6 nozzles while normal model is 4 nozzles 

2, Concerning the chicks are phototaxis, we specially equipped with 20W Filament lamp, the lamp 

light 2 seconds before spraying, when the chicks look up the nozzle spraying automatically, so, the 

chicks'face can get the spraying immunity.

3, The air cylinder is imported from Japan, chemical dose can be adjustable from 7 to 30ml 

4, The vaccine has been distributed as a fan shape which make sure every chick get complete vaccination and avoid the
